Hi SpiceheadsI need to pick your brains for something, as I've a situation here.I'm connected to a remote desktop via a vnc-clone software. The pc is runing XP Sp3 and AVG Internet Security 2014, and has a static IPv4 IP.Now here's the deal. I'm not able to enable the file and printer sharing settings in the AVG Firewall module. It's just showing as disabled in red, with no options on changing that. When I go to advanced settings-file and printer sharing, it's just showing that it's disabled, and the area network as Automaticaly detected public area. Again, no option on altering the state of the component.I'm starting to get into loops with running through the configuration, and the sharing needs to be enabled as the PC is holding some common components for that site.Like, H.E.L.P?Edited Dec 11, 2013 at 12:14 UTC.
